Profile

Since September 2010, I am an associate professor (universitair hoofdddocent) in the Formal Methods and Tools group of the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Twente.
Since September 2009 I am Director of Education (Opleidingsdirecteur) of Technische Informatica, Computer Science and Telematics.

Research Interests

  • Hybrid systems (NWO project CLASHES: Control and Analysis for the Stability of Hybrid and Embedded Systems)
  • Timed Automata theory and applications, i.e. modelling biological networks (in collaboration with a.o. Stefano Schivo).
