• 2001-2003: Toward Freeband Communication (TOF) committee. Freeband is a Dutch research programme in the area of broadband and wireless communication and services. The TOF committee prepared the Freeband ICES/KIS-3 Expression of Interest in 2001, the Freeband Impulse proposal in 2002, and the Freeband Communication BSIK proposal in 2003.
