What is SWI about?
One week (Monday to Friday) a group of 50 to 80 mathematicians from
anywhere in the Netherlands and from abroad come together to tackle
industrial problems.
Six companies present their problems on Monday. The
group of mathematicians then devote the entire week aiming for solutions of
the problems. By Friday the groups present their solution.
This is the 63rd Study Group Mathematics with Industry,
following many earlier succesful events.
